looking to rent a car but without using my credit card. I find few companies in city center of Portugal to rent it and I will choose them since I don't find here nothing that I can reserve car, without a card.

You wont find any rental car company who will accept cash and a few may accept Debit card. On the website it says who accepts Debit cards.
